AFRICA'S TALLEST BUILDING IN NAIROBI.

The foundation stone for the tallest building in Africa has already been laid by president Uhuru Kenyatta on 23rd may. The pinnacle towers will be located in Upper hill  Nairobi.  The states of art building will among other features have;


  • A budget of over 20.9 billion Kenya shillings.
  • Twin towers. 255 room hotel sitting on 45 floors and 42 floors of residential apartments and 20 floors of class A office space.
  •  Will stand at 300 meters with 70 storeys·   
  •  The highest helipad on the continent at over 800 feet – the highest on the continent. The idea is to have rich people fly directly to the hotel to beat Nairobi’s hectic traffic.
